we think that "puzzles" -that is: composite systems made with different devices- are not so reliable. In the event of problems, support engineers have to log into several machines, each having its own control panel & programming language: their task is hard! Competitors either keep the existing ISDN lines in place and enable VoIP only inside the company, or otherwise exchange the old lines with new but equally expensive ones. ABILIS -instead- applies VoIP to every call and removes all lines but one (the backup ISDN). Costs are really eliminated, not simply laded onto the new telco!

Building- as well as phone calls- or SMS-automation, together with a simple scripting interpreter, a protocol to exchange data and commands with IT systems and an embedded Hypervisor to host Virtual-Machines, grant users the widest possible choice of tools to automatise even the most complex tasks.

The Cellular-BOX option enables an effective integration between the firm's 3G cellular terminals and its IT systems. Simultaneous Voice, SMS and Internet services are supported with uncommon functions, aimed to cut costs and improve the management of mobile services (ie: Callback, Last-called-Service and SIM-less operation).

All ABILIS devices have been designed in order to introduce innovation while minimising the installation-overhead. ABILIS units can be simply interposed between the existing equipment (PBX, router, firewalls,..) and the telco lines, thus permitting a gradual transition to the new technologies.

ABILIS VoIP really attains the reliability of ISDN!! In the event of failure of the IP network, ABILIS can use an ISDN-2 to support 16 calls with no deterioration of service. In case of high packet-loss ABILIS uses two parallel, redundant links, hence drastically reducing the rate of loss.

ABILIS consistently supports SIP and IAX2 VoIP phones, however we invite you to try an ABILIS SoftPBX equipped with analogue phones. You would be surprised! All the typical features of Computer-Telephony are supported, while the solution results simpler, more convenient and more reliable.
