ADDITIONAL SOFTWARE TOOLS
Call-Data-Record (CDR) Collection & Selection: - Abilis provides an MS-Windows programs for non-dedicated servers; otherwise a Linux driver (in source code) which enables direct data-acquisition into MySQL databases.
- all calls are listed (both successful and unsuccessful, outgoing or incoming); unsuccessful calls report the reason of failure
- the complete information is filed: date and time, calling and called numbers, type of call (transparent or VoIP, voice or data or fax...), bandwith used, jitter and packet loss specific for each call, subaddresses, ...
- one host can receive the CDRs of many Abilis at the same time
- for backup purposes, multiple hosts can receive the CDRs from the same Abilis
- data are received through an encrypted TCP/IP connection
Traffic Analyzer (TRFA): - The TRFA is a web application available through the abilis's internal http server. It permits to store and display information about the data flow through any physical and logical port of the ABILIS.
- diagram or table format
- report on daily, weekly, monthly or yearly windows
- sliding-window representation (e.g. last 24h) or fixed interval (e.g. from 7am to 7pm)
- "top 10 users parade" of the largest bandwith consumers
- data filtering by: IP trunk, IP address, TCP/UDP port, protocol
- data collection aware of NAT translations
PBX-CALLS ONLINE - this is a web application available through the abilis's internal http server.
- it reports the state of the telephone extensions linked to the Abilis (inactive, dialling, alerting, connected, clearing)
- it shows the calling or called number and the duration of the call
- the reported extensions can refer to both analogue or VoIP telephones.
