If you receive a precedence call, you hear a warning tone and you have to choose if answer or refuse the call:

  • if you type R 1 on your phone, you end the active call and you switch to the precedence call.

  • if you type R 2 on your phone, you put the active call on hold and you switch to the precedence call.

  • if you type R 3 on your phone, you refuse the precedence call.

  • if you put the headset on-hook, your phone rings.

There is a priority system to make a precedence call, so not everyone can do it. To change the priority, please ask to your system administrator.
