CTIAS resource is the container of CTI plugins (Voice mail, Virtual Office, Conference, Voice recorder and other services which will be developed in the future releases). Administrator can choose to:
Activate CTIAS and then the desired plugins;
Activate directly the desired plugin. The Abilis will automatically activate the CTIAS resource if it's not.
Add the resource to the Abilis system with the following command:

RES:CTIAS ALREADY EXISTSThe CTIAS resource may already exist in the system, but may not yet be active. Set it active with the command:
