Supplementary service isn't active by default for BRI ports while it's active by default for POTS ports. They can be enabled by choosing the kind of interface (CTIP, CLUSTER, SIP or IAX).
When these services are activated:
The call forwarding and the do-not-disturb (SS-CF-DND) features are active by default;
The pickup is active only for calls of the belonging group (SS-PICKUP:GROUP).
The Voice Mail feature is active by default;
Use the following command to activate supplementary services for the CTIP interface:
